What Causes Persistent Burning Sensation And Irritation In The Vagina Area?

Question: hello: Im 22 years old. 8 months ago I started feeling a burning and having irritarion on my vagina and vulva area, and sometimes on my anus. I went to the gynecologist and he run test for yeast infection, urinary infections, fongus and bacteria. All the results were negative. My doctor said he could not find the cause and recomended to go to another specialist. I was using doxycyclin for my acne and stopped after 6 months but nothing improved. All the tests were repeated more than 4 times on this 3 months and rhe results are negative. I use clotrimazole, antibiotics, proviotics, green juices and other prescriptions from my doctors but nothing works. After 3 specialist and a lot of money and sufdering Im desesperate for help. Please I need suggestion on what could be causing this.
