Brief Answer:
Examination/ investigations/ specific treatment by an expert would help

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for the query through Health care magic platform.
I have gone through your query carefully & understand your concern,
Chronic nausea can arise from simple cause like uncorrected refractory error to acid peptic disease/ Liver problems/Internal ear problem/ psychological stress, anxiety/ Raised intracranial tension .
Out of these gastric reasons( Acid peptic disease ) are excluded by normal Gastroscopy.but along with neurological cause, excluding other possible causes is essential.
In this context, I would advise you to consult your family physician, who would examine & investigate you to short list the causes & then either start specific treatment Or send you for expert opinion & advise( ENT specialist/ ophthalmologist/Gastroenterologist/ neurologist.) as per need.
This way a methodical assessment of your health by expert advise followed by cause specific treatment .. would help you in managing your problem.so be cool.
I hope the answer has given you necessary information & helped you in taking decision at this moment of difficulty. Any follow up query is most welcome.
In case the answer is useful , I request for grading it before you close.
Thanks.
