Brief Answer:
allergic bronchitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, in my opinion it is probably allergic bronchitis.
Any change of weather, water, intake of oily foods, intake of cold items can cause allergy in nose and lungs causing chronic cough.
If I were your treating doctor I would have got complete blood work, absolute eosinophil count, chest x ray, allergic skin prick test to detect the allergen, spirometry to know the lung function.
Treatment would be antihistamine with Mucolytic, short course of steroids like deflazacort would be helpful. Steroid inhaler 2 puff twice a day for 2 weeks .
Duolin with budecort nebulization every 6 the hourly for 3 days would help to reduce the severity.
Note: Consult an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist online for further follow up on ear, nose, and throat issues - Book a Call now.
