What Causes Persistent Cough When Diagnosed With Anxiety Disorder?
Question: Hi i am 26 years old white Male.
5'8 tall and 250lbs.
I have Anxiety disorder and IBS disorder.
Last year i went in urgent care to do a drug screen and they told me that they find some trace blood on urine,i went other day in other urgent care for urine test to see if i have infection and there was no infection but they did find again trace blood,one week after i went in Hospital to do urine test blood test and ct scan and everything came back good and they didnt find a blood on urine or kindey problem,i went to a urologist 2 weeks after he did a urine test and he didnt find a blood on urine,he told me your to young to have prostate or bladder cancer.
When i think to much about prostate or bladder somehow my symptoms will come like:urgent to pee,yellow pee,when i cough i feel sometimes like the bladder isnt empety,i have sometimes pain from 1to 10 i would say 2,moreover in hospital they make me pee and they did like a scan on my bladder and they said u still have pee inside of ur bladder,i dont know if thas anything to do with my extreme anxiety cuz i feel dizzy all day or with my IBS or do i have prostate or bladder cancer,i dont have family history.im gonna send u blood test i did it 2 weeks agoo.

Based on the facts that you have posted it is not uncommon to find Red Blood Cells to be detected in urine even in a normal individual at times .
So far not a single case of Cancer of Bladder or Prostate has been reported in young adult any where in the world .
All the problems like IBS urgency for urination ,feeling of incomplete emptying of bladder ,frequency etc that you have are due to Anxiety .
You need to consult your Psychiatrist for revaluation and modify treatment .
