Brief Answer:
acute bronchitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Having productive cough (cough with phlegm ) and fatigue is indicative for acute bronchitis, which is an infection or airways.Usually it is a viral infection ( common cold or flu) that can cause persistent cough with phlegm, low fever ,fatigue, loss of appetite .
Acute bronchitis is a self limited condition that usually doesn't require specific treatment .Since it is due to a viral infection ,antibiotics are not recommended .
You need to rest a lot, eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water.
Steam inhalation help to loosen mucus and clear it up ( try inhaling steam over a sink full of hot water or do a hot shower ).
-You can take NSAIDs like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol for symptomatic relief.
-You can take an over the counter mucolytic agent like Ambroxol that would help to clear up the mucus .

If you experience difficulty breathing ,chest pain ,high fever you should consult a physician for examination because you might have developed a complication of acute bronchitis like pneumonia.

Usually the symptoms of acute bronchitis may last up to 2 weeks.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
