Brief Answer:
GERD and hormone deprivation.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have carefully gone through your query and understand your concern. There are two parts of your problem. You could be having gastroesophageal reflux which could give you the sensation of throat closing up. If that is the case, taking omeprazole once daily before breakfast should provide relief. Also take small but frequent meals. The other part of your problem related to hot flushes and dizziness is probably due to hormone deprivation which is common at your age. If that is the case, taking hormone replacement therapy should help in providing resolution.

Hoping it to help.

You did not address my stomach issues my change in appetite is not normal it feels more like a virus I'm having with body aches and sweats. I'm not having hormonal imbalances This started when I was around people that contracted some type of stomache virus that no doctor have been able to proscribe medication for.

Brief Answer:
Viral ailments resolve on their own in a week or so.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Viral infections can present with body aches and it is hard to distinguish without a careful history taking combined with thorough clinical examination. Without it and without investigations there is no way to definitely comment whether you really have hormone deprivation. However, I can state that viral issues usually resolve spontaneously in a week or so irrespective of treatment.

I doubt if the stomach issue is viral. You could indeed have got a stomach upset and the resultant electrolyte imbalance could give you body aches. All I can suggest you to lead a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly, take lots of fluids, vegetables and fruits, take sea fish twice a week, and take Vitamin E supplements.

You may get your thyroid profile checked.

Detailed Answer:
Sea fish refers to a group of organisms that consist of all gill-bearing aquatic craniate animals that lack limbs with digits that are found to live in marine environment. If you still require more explanation, do not hesitate to contact me back.

No, sea fish are not 'a vitamin'. However, sea fish indeed contain some vitamins as do most food principles.

If you feel less hungry, it might be a good idea to eat less. You need not worry, you would not die of hunger and I find nothing weird about it. Take small meals at smaller intervals.
