Brief Answer:
take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. Pain in stomach area may be due to peptic ulcer disease which can be confirmed with endoscopy examination. Ultrasound showed fatty liver which may be due to alcohol intake. I also suggest here to get blood tests like s.amylase to rule out pancreatitis , also SGOT and SGPT to aee for liver injury. So you shoukd quit taking alcohol. For pain you should take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole. You should also stop smoking as it aggravates acid peptic disease. Weight loss may be due to decrease intake as it leads to pain. Avoid spicy and fatty meals, citrus fruits as all these lead to increase in acid production. I hope I have answered your query. And this will help you. Wish you a good health
