Please don't remain worried, you will be happy again.
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. Persistent feeling of being tied up, noway to escape, bad mood, sleeplessness etc could denote some underlying psychological distress. Depression with anxiety could be the possibility and should be evaluated. Feeling of out of breath could be a symptom of anxiety. Fear of suicide is also commonly seen in such symptoms.
I'd like to know if you have any symptoms like-
- Feeling of fatiguability.
- Feeling that you are exhausted.
- Symptoms like lack of interest in anything
- Symptoms of lack of motivation, lack of desire of anything.
- Any symptoms of low mood, persistent sadness. etc.
If these symptoms are there then possibility you have depression but need proper evaluation. Please visit a psychiatrist for help. Medicines like SSRIs or SNRIs can help in coming out of symptoms. A lot of individuals present with similar symptoms and come out of depression with proper treatment. Please don't remain distressed, just visit a psychiatrist and you will become happy again.
Thanks, Hope this helps. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
