Question: Hello
Im 27 year old , my hair fall is more daily atleast 200 hairs are falling breaking i do have hypothyroidism but it is under the control taking two dexorange and one vb7 tab daily but there is no response do suggest some tabs

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. As such it is normal for more than 100 hair strands to fall everyday. However, iron deficiency can also lead to hairfall and since dexorange is providing relief, I would insist you to continue with it. I will also insist you to apply some antifungal shampoo like Nizoral (ketoconazole) twice or thrice daily. I do not suppose anything else is required.
