Its basically means some obstruction to blood flow
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Please upload the whole echo report so that I can guide you better.
Increased LVOT basically means some obstruction to blood flow. Its can occur in multiple condition like simply age related due to calcification, condition like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, bicuspid aortic valve leading to aortic stenosis, which can very well be diagnosed on echo, so they must have assesed it. I don't think this is anyhow related to your current illness (fever) which doesn't appears to be related to your cardiac findings.
Your symptoms are basically due to systemic illness which can give rise to cardiac symptoms as well. However, please upload the report so that I can see details and severity of LVOT obstruction. If having severe obstruction then some you can have shortness of breath.
Hope this helps you and get back with some more information and if you have any doubts.
thanks
