Brief Answer:
Sinusitis to consider, besides arythmia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion, headaches, swollen sinuses, bad breath, and eyes hurting may be linked to conditions such sinusitis.

Arythmia may be a separate condition and may explain fatigue too.

Imaging studies of sinuses, (CT scan for example), are necessary to understand better your husband's condition.

If significant heart rhythm changes, medications to control it may be necessary.

Discuss with your husband's primary care Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Kind regards.
