Brief Answer:
two problems needing quick action

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I have seen your MRI films and the report.
There are lots of issues there. Degenerative changes in discs and significant osteopenia is apparently visible in the films with threat of spinal cord compression.
Apart from age related degeneration, I can see a reversible component that is osteopenia.
The bone quality is poor. I would like you to undergo a bone densitometry study and also get a Blood test for Vit D and calcium levels, complete blood count, renal function test, Urine routine and culture tests to decide about further actions for Bone and urine infection problems.
I hope a discussion with me will help you in managing your health issues.
Take care.
