What Causes Persistent Loose Stool And Enlarged Liver?

Question: Hi! I am 35 years old male, 76 Kg, height 5'9". I have an enlarged liver 165 mm observed during ultrasound. I have lose stools, frequency is twice or thrice a day. I do not drink alcohol. Doctor told me to avoid fatty food and do exercise to decrease liver size. I have been going for a walk for 1 hour daily and have reduced fatty foods intake for the past one month. I do not have any pain in abdomen. My LFT blood test & TTG (wheat allergy test) was normal. But I still have lose stool. What other tests should be done?
