Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Let me assure you that for a baby of this age, it is normal to pass stool several times a day or even after each feed. Alternatively the child may pass stool once in 10 days and that is normal too. Unless the stool is hard and pellet like, you need not grow concerned. It is also normal to pass green stool or a combination of yellow stool. The green colour occurs due to rapid transit through large intestine where the bile pigments do not get adequate time to convert to the yellow colour of stool. It is OK for some mucus to be there in the stool. You need not be concerned.
I would insist you to go through the following chart about what foods to give at what age:

Noting down so much information would have made the answer unnecessarily long. Pardon me for avoiding that.
Hopefully that clears your queries.

Brief Answer:
Not a cause for concern.

Thanks for writing back. It is a wrong concept that she might lose weight or become weak due to the frequency of stool. It will also not affect her development. However, the lost water and salts need to be replenished. ORS (oral rehydration solution) is the mainstay of treatment and needs to be given. If the child is otherwise active and playful you need not worry.
Also give curd or yogurt since it contains plenty of beneficial bacteria and should help. Give zinc supplements like Zinconia Syr 5 ml once daily for the next 10 days. You need not worry.
