Brief Answer:
Please add some more details.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Please add some more details about the pain. Where is it located in low abdomen, left or right. Do you have changes of urine color, burning or frequent urination, if you are constipated or have diarrhea, color of stools etc. Take Buscopan over the counter for abdominal pain twice daily.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
