Question: So this has been an on going issue. For about 4 1/2months. There is a pain in my middle lower back on the right side Feels internel but very hard to pin point if it is organ or muscle all that i can say is that when i do a back flip it causes extreme pain in that area. At first i was diagnosed with a kidney infection do to some red and white cells found in my urine and was put on antibotics for that. The pain agian was very noticable when doing a back flip Since then i was on one more set of anti biotics for a sinus infection and the pain dissappated while on that. I am consered obviously an would like a best and worst case senario. (IE caner of said organs). Im health 27 dont smoke tobacco other then the occational ciger. However i am a regular drinker a few a night. Please any help would be great. I have no insurance right now so home remedy recommendations would be excellent

Brief Answer:
You need to investigate to rule out Kidney Stone .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in middle of the back on Rt side .

The pain in back could be either due to muscle spasm or presence of stone in kidney.

The presence of RBC and Leukocytes in urine with pain in loin strongly suggest presence of stone in Kidney which needs to be confirmed .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

It is not worth to take home remedy medicines unless diagnosis is established by scientific means .

You can take pain killers like Brufen twice daily which is freely available over the counter of Pharmacy.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
