Brief Answer:
It may be anginal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query.

This may be either bronchial or anginal in nature. Do you have any other symptoms?

Since it may be coming from heart, it is must to get an ECG done. Also chest Xray PA view is needed. See a internal medicine specialist to start with.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for the Quick reply. While sleeping will feel difficult to move right or left side since chest would be paining.

Dont have any other symptoms aprt from that.

What does bronchial or anginal means any specific symptoms for those from which we can determine those.
Whay are those observed any specific reason for those to come.
Do we need to follow any Diet?

We would do ECG and Chest Xray PA View and would share the results.
Thankyou very much for your information
We had done ECG in the Conclusion result report mentioned
Sinus Mode Bradycardia,Longitudinal Left axis deviation.
Wdoes this signifies
heart pulse rate is 55 and
PR interval is 152ms
P Duration 227 ms
QRS duratiion 85ms
T Duration 227 ms

BP is normal 120/70
Chest Xray PA View report is normal

Could you please let us know if results are ok?

Brief Answer:
Ecg means left heart is enlarged

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Bronchial means from airways. Anginal means heart pain due to reduced blood flow to heart. In your case heart seems to be the cause but its not serious.

Sinus mode bradycardia means that pulse rate is low and sinus node is responsible for it. It is no big deal unless it causes dizziness.
Left axis deviation means that left side of heart maybe enlarged. It may happen due to causes like left bundle branch block, minor LAD, some congenital conditions, etc.
I suggest that you visit a cardiologist for a detailed interpretation of the ECG results.

Brief Answer:
Results mostly normal

Detailed Answer:
The results of Vaibhavi are mostly normal. She needs iron and vitamin D supplements.

I recommend
Syrup Dexorange 1 tbsp 2 times a day for atleast 3 months
Cholecalciferol granules 30000 IU once a week for 1 month and then monthly for 3 months

From these tests it seems that she is not taking a nutritious diet. Low iron may cause chest pain and similar findings on ECG. Yes it is needed to see a cardiologist.
