Likely a reflux disease but needs ecg
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As you mentioned acute gastritis problem, the possibility is of gastritis and reflux disease. The chest pain occurs due to reflux of acid into our food pipe. Does she also have upper abdominal pain, nausea, bloating, burping, increase in pain on food, sour water feeling in throat or chest burning, these are the other symptoms and may be associated.
However, she being diabetic which is a risk factor for heart disease and sometimes heart symptoms mimics gastritis, it's advisable that she should have one ecg atleast. So get ecg done from any nearby centre and you can upload here as well.
She should avoid fatty, oily and spicy diet. Have some walk after having food instead of taking rest. Have multiple small meals instead of heavy meals.
She should get prescribed antacid prokinetic medicine, tab Pan DSR 40 mg or Tab Rabicip D 20 mg beforebreakfast once a day for 1-2 weeks depending upon the response.
If not adequately relieved, then she should add Syr sucral O or gelusil two teaspoon three times a day for a week.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Its normal
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through the ecg. ECG is normal so unlikely to be of cardiac pain. So give her antacid prokinetic medicine which I mentioned in previous discussion. All the best.

Observation as mentioned in the ECG:-
1) 800: Sinus Rhythm
2) 633: ST-T Abnormality (II)
What is the meaning?

Its acceptable ECG change not amounting to abnormality
Detailed Answer:
Its a machine generated report and is frequently inaccurate. Slight change outside its fed data, the machine will interpret as abnormal. There are minor changes in but those are normally seen and not amounting to abnormality. So the ECG is considered as normal.
