Question: I have muscle pain over my entire body. This has been building over the last few years. My GP doctor XXXXXXX Garcia (for 20 + Yrs) with Family Healthcare associates on Randal Mill Road in XXXXXXX TX has prescribed Meloxicam and over the counter meds like Ibuprofen. These all helped temporally with less and less effectiveness over time. It's 2 AM and my pain woke me and I'm searching for pain relief that won't ruin my stomach and allow me to get adequate rest.

If found low you can get its supplements in form of vitamin D3 and Mecobalamin. You want to know strong analgesic without gastric side effects. I think it is tramadol. But it is prescription medicine so needs prescription, for which you need to visit a doctor.
