What Causes Persistent Nausea Post An Endoscopy?

Question: My husband has been having a lot of nausea off and one for over a year now. Can hardly eat anything. He had an endoscopy and it showed a few red stripes, but the doctor didn't seem concerned. Still don't know what is causing the nause.
