Brief Answer:
Degenerative spine with lumbosacral radiculopathy.Chest pain is unrelated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this complaint,I would have told you that-your chest pain and back pain are possibly unrelated.
"Low back pain with pain in both legs(probably radiating) and simultaneous tingling with numbness in both legs" is a very classical description of 'Lumbosacral radiculopathy'.

Please get a MRI Lumbosacral spine done and it will confirm the same.At your age, spinal degeneration causing radiculopathy is very common specially in lumbosacral and cervical regions of spine.

Also,please get these investigations-
1)Fasting Blood sugar
2)'Nerve conduction studies with F-waves and H-Reflex in lower limbs' -this will further help to establish the diagnosis of radiculopathy.

Chest pain is likely unrelated. Its causes can be-
1)Anxiety causing Pseudoangina
2)Cardiac angina
3)Gastritis or Gastro-esophageal reflux disease.
Please get one Electrocardiogram(EKG) done to look for cardiac changes.A cardiologist may be consulted,if he wants to get a Tread mill test(TMT) done for the same.
For now, please take proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole for 2 weeks.Simultaneously, please start doing regular mental relaxation exercises to reduce anxiety levels.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
