Brief Answer:
Left lower abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. There are many things that can cause pain in that quadrant of the abdomen.

Most commonly, it is due to either a problem with evacuation of stool from the colon or due to menstrual issues.

To differentiate, can you tell me if this pain in any coincides with your monthly cycle?
If it does not. Then can you tell me what your diet and bathroom patterns are like?
Do you eat out alot? How often to you have to move your bowel? Is that pattern still regular or has it changed?

Any information you can give me will be of help in narrowing down the possible causes of this pain.

Vinay
