Brief Answer:
Abdominal Pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Even in case of abdominal pain that is not resolving, an EKG should be done primarily to rule out a cardiac cause. If the EKG is normal then X ray erect abdomen and ultrasound abdomen pelvis should be advised to look for possible obstruction or bowel loops filled with gas. Urine examination can be done to look

If there is absolute constipation which is not resolving with typical stool softeners then kleen enema per rectal can be done twice a day till it resolves.

Stool samples should be sent to lab if obtained for routine exam plus ova and parasites. Plenty of fluids (6 to 8 250 ml glasses of water) with pro kinetics such as itopride along with cremaffin suspension should help relieve the constipation.
For the pain antispasmodics such as hyoscyamine can be advised. Surgical evaluation by examining the abdomen should be done to rule out acute abdomen.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
