Question: Ongoing pain in the groin area as well as in the front and back in an area below the right kidney. On a scale of 1 to 10 the pain level would be about 8 at times.

As per your description, it could be Right sided Ureteric stone .Stone from the kidney might have passed into the Ureter and blocked causing pain.Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
