Question: I have very strong, persistent pain in the the center of my thigh at the back of my right leg and some numbness to right foot. Could this be nerve pain?

Hello,
I have studied your case . Pain in middle of thigh with tingling and numbness can be due to nerve compression. It can also be due to neuropathy. I would sugggest you to follow these steps.
1. Get your thigh x ray and serum B 12 estimation.
2. Avoid smoking
3. Do not stand for long time.
4. Tablet pregabalin M at night time should be taken.
