Brief Answer:
signs of inflammation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You are displaying signs of inflammation of the right foot and lower leg. We do not know the reason for inflammation. Whether it is skin or subcutaneous tissue or muscles or vessels that are inflammed.
Trauma, infection or clogged vessels are all cause of the inflammation. It is difficult to understand the cause without examnation of the part and running tests.
The Ultrasound of leg and groin may not be all sufficient. You might need blood including ESR, Kidney function, Xray of the toe. Sometimes a minor fracture may go unnoticed.
So please visit a primary care for detailed examination of the part and testing through.
