Question : Suffering from stomach issues since last 10 days. Had metrogil 3 times a day for 5 days. Minimum relief. Had nilox tz for 2 days. Position worsened. Lots of gas acidity smelly and greasy oily type stool once a day with feeling of breathlessness and increased heart beat. Seemed urine is also not passing with normal flow. Took one tablet of O2 yesterday night. Feeling a little better. But acidity and stomach pain persists. Pls advise.

I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
Your age and relevant medical history?
do you smoke or consume liquor?
have you visited doctor and ordered any investigation?

Breathlessness and increased heart beat is a matter of concern, you should go to nearest emergency room for ECG and baseline investigation like blood for CBC, Liver function test, urine test and stool test for ova, cyst or protozoa.

Meanwhile I would advice you to take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids.
you should take plenty of fluids including fruit juices, ORS and lemon water and keep yourself well hydrated.
