Brief Answer:
Needs few blood tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The pain in the legs thighs and shoulder is likely to be a muscle pain related to weakness and electrolyte imbalance. Wrong posture lack of exercise and inadequate calcium and D3 intake can also cause this problem. A few blood tests and proper supplements will help in improvement. Mild pain in the stomach after periods is a normal finding and can subside with mild pain killers.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
