Brief Answer:
The diagnosis seems to be right and treatment is required under a neurology

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The reports, clinical symptoms and prescription is pointing towards a type of parkinson's disease called as progressive supra nuclear palsy or second type multiple system atrophy.
Both these types of parkinsonism have less response to medications and poor outcome. The disease is progressive and non curable at present stage.
You can get a consultation from any neurologist near you as treatment options are common and dose titration is required during regular follow up.
In XXXXXXX you can consult in XXXXXXX IHBAS and GB pant hospital in government set up.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of parkinsonism ( PSP,MSA)

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I can understand your concerns.
Actually vertigo is a symptom, a feeling of dizziness. It can be due to ear or brainstem problems. Vertigo can be present alone or associated with some diseases.
In view of other findings of slowness, eyes gaze abnormalities and walking difficulties, parkinsonism is the most likely diagnosis.
Feel free to ask any further queries.
