What Causes Persistent Vomiting Along With Fever In A Child?
Brief Answer:
You can give vomikind syrup
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for asking on this platform
Vomikind contains ondensetron an anti-emetic.
Each 5 ml of vomikind contains 2 mg.
For such age I usually prescribe 5 ml two to three times a day depending on the severity.
Sometimes vomiting persists even after giving oral medication due to its poor absorption. In such cases injectable medicine may be needed.
If vomiting persists or you find any abnormality like irritability, lethargy, decreased urine frequency, severe pain abdomen, fever or loose motion etc. please consult your pediatrician immediately.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
