Hi
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
It could be due to gastrtis. This is where stomach acid or partially-digested food can travel back up the oesophagus, which is also known as the food pipe and may cause vomiting. There is a drop in blood sugar can occur after fasting overnight, as the body is starved of energy. As a result, you might feel light-headed vomiting or queasy when you wake up.
Anxiety and depression come under the umbrella of mental health, but they can affect your body and physical health in a number of ways.Sleep is another factor that could potentially contribute to your unpleasant symptoms.

Nausea could be caused by the brains inability to release natural hormones, such as adrenalin or serotonin, when you wake up in the morning.

A complete evaluation of patient should be done to reach a diagnosis.

Thanks.
