Brief Answer:
Could be severe gastritis or stress

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

Is she under stress of any kind? If yes manage her stress levels

If no look for signs of gastritis like fullness after meals, burping, salty eructations and epigastric pain

If any of these is positive she will need to be managed with a PPI and domperidone

Anyway with my experience of 27 years, I can not justify vomiting 10 times in a day due to gastritis

So it is better you get a gastroscopy done

Hope this helps

Brief Answer:
Hospitalize her

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I am sorry to learn that no medicine is working

With 10 vomits per day and inability to retain she will end up in to dehydration which will in turn precipitate vomiting

I would suggest hospitalize her and supplement fluids and electrolytes with injectable ondensetron and rabeprazole

She should definitely come out in 2-3 days and then you can step down to oral medications. Also give her hygienic food and cleaner drinking water.

Hope this helps

Brief Answer:
Are you a Doctor ?

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Online treatment and self medication is against the protocols and ethics of online forums

If you are a doctor I could suggest on personal request but yet I would advice you see a gastroentrologist in your area

Hope this clears your doubts
