Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for writing.
I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
You did start with having an allergy and now probably you have having a super acces infection too. But as you didnt mention having any fever so I think you dont have a full fledge super added infection as yet.
You are taking celritin and prednisolon that is great but still as you told you are exposed much to allergy carrying air I would suggest you to take a few additional measures.
1) Use a face mask.
2) Take steam inhallation twice a day.
3) Use over the counter Cough syrup by some good company.
4) You prednisolon is an aid of controlling allergies as well so its use is helpful
5) If you are wheezing you might need to use ventoline to help your air passages to dialate. For this i would advise you to visit a doctor to get a checkup , He might also suggest you take some medication to proctect you from infection.
6) I would also suggest my patient Montilukast 10mg daily to protect further from alleegic injury.
This is not a super serious thing but indeed it will take you to follow it and it will be better if you can manage visiting a doctor.
I hope this answered you question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.
Regrads.
Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
