Brief Answer:
fistulogram

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for returning to HCM

A fistulogram would be having the radiologist inject a XXXXXXX into the sinus opening. This will tell if the sinus tract actually goes to a cyst. It will then tell how big that cyst is. Once this is known then further decision with possible surgery could be made. If there is no cyst then no treatment needed but if a large cyst is present then she may opt for the surgery.
