Question: I have a few small white pimple like bumps on the rim of my penis. Have had them for 3 years. They have not multplied. Every once in a while..I can pop them and a small white substance (like popping a pimple) does come out. They never hurt, itch or anything. What are these

I understand that you are distressed about white papules present on the penis head.

These are commonly non infectious papules usually appearing on the corona of penis.

If there are no other symptoms, there is no treatment required.

However, I would suggest an examination by your GP to rule out any other sinister cause of those bumps.

Acne or pimples can also occur on the genitals, this can be easily ruled out by examination by your doctor.
