Brief Answer:
Not know to cause pimples.
Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxx,
Welcome to HCM.
Primosa capsule contains evening primrose oil and Evion 400mg contains vitamin E are supplements as their basic constituents.
Both are generally considered safe to use in fibrocystic breast or fibroadenoma of breast and does not known to cause acne or pimples.
However, these pimples are not normal or they could be because of hormonal changes but no need to worry much about them.
You may take both these capsules once daily preferably in the morning time to get the maximum absorption from stomach.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions.

Brief Answer:
fibrocystic breasts are quite harmless.
Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxx,
Thanks for follow-up.
Firstly, fibrocystic breasts are not uncommon but they are quite harmless. The commonest reason is hormonal imbalance,a woman would be prone to have them as age advances.
However, there are no specific reasons to pinpoint who is more susceptible but it may run in families which is one of the common reason of it.
Also the fact that risk of breast cancer is quite minimal, less than 2 % of women who have fibrocystic breasts will go on to develop a malignancy. So please do not worry about it.
Reducing processed fats and processed dairy products in your diet will help. Cutting back on coffee and reducing your weight to maintain an ideal BMI is a must.
Also, you can continue with Vitamin E and evening primrose oil supplements, as they have also been proven to be beneficial for skin.
Body may undergo changes after marriage but it is more related to age and not related to the marriage itself.
Hope this answers all your questions.
