Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.
I can understand your concern for syphilis. As per your query you have had unprotected sex almost 90 days back that means 3 months back.
After analyzing your query and the picture let me reassure you first that your picture is not at all indicative of syphilis.
You have simple pimples which we call as "Acne vulgaris" and is very common to find at your age.
The most important part from your query is that the time since the incidence occurred is now almost now 90 days.
To tell you simply about syphilis it occurs within 9 to 90 days of the unprotected sex. The lesions are present on genital area and not on forehead. The first thing to experience is a very prominent sore on genital area which never can be missed as remains for multiple weeks if not treated.
As per the information there has been passage of 90 days of time since the incidence and you have not given any history of sore on genital area. So the chances of syphilis are unlikely.
You will soon see your report and would be able to see your negative result. Even if you are so much worry about the possibility of syphilis then you can undergo a simple test which is known as VDRL blood test which tells whether or not syphilis is present in person.
As per my clinical experience you do not have any possibility of syphilis because of no symptoms within 3 months. Presently you have simple pimples which can be very easily treated. These also have formed due to excessive stress and thinking about unprotected sex. So rest assured for any possibility of syphilis enjoy the weekend.
My all good wishes for your healthy life ahead.
I will be glad to help if you have any further queries.
"Wish you good health"
