What Causes Pimples On Hands Along With Rash On Underarms?

Brief Answer:
A photo and following details are needed...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concern.
A photo of the pimples on your hands and rash underarm and above armpit is needed for a more specific opinion.
You are saying to be taking gout medicine: are you taking them at the moment? or just in the past?
Can you also tell if the pimples have been developed recently? from time in time? or even previously?
Looking forward to have the photo and requested information in!

Brief Answer:
Candida rash on armpit to be treated with anti-fungal cream as following...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for providing the requested pics.
1. I have gone through them, and I can tell that the rash in the armpit area is caused by a fungal infection (possibly Candida infection). If you put deodorant on, it will irritate the infected area.
I advise to:
- keep the area well clean with warm water and soap
- rinse thoroughly
- apply miconazole+hydrocortisone cream locally (anti-fungal medication can find over the counter)
2. I have gone through the second picture which shown your fingers and I can say as following:
- your nails are not-well clipped; this will trigger many infections including those of hands and armpit too because they will shed many infective agents whether fungus or bacteria. So, keeping well cleaned and well clipped nails will prevent such infections to set.
- the rash on the hairy part of your hand might be due to hair root infection; the most common agent is a bacteria; thus, applying doxycycline cream can help subside the symptoms. If not, then, can apply the anti-fungal cream as advised earlier
Hope it was of help! Wish fast recovery!
