Brief Answer:
Get X ray done
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us.
Your symptoms mostly due to excessive strain which can cause ligament tear or meniscal injury or patella problems or compression of nerve which can cause pinching pain.
To know the exact cause I suggest you visit an Orthopedician and get X ray of knee done.
Meanwhile I suggest you minimize your exercise work. Anti inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen with paracetamol for pain.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
