What Causes Pinching Sensation On The Breast?

Question: Hi doctor, i am having this pinching sensation in my left breast for the last few hours. It keeps happening every few seconds and is quite uncomfortable. The frequency is more while i am sitting but reduces when i am walking. Is there a quick home remedy to stop the pinching/burning so that i can sleep? What could be the cause and the long term cure?

Is there any tenderness in the breast?
It might simply be a muscle spasm that you are experiencing.
You may take a combination of tablet etorocoxib and Thiocolchicoside for the pain. Also, give yourself rest, take slow deep breaths.
If the pain remains, it is important to find out the cause.
You may go for an ECG, a physical examination by the surgeon.

Thanks. I dont feel the tenderness. The burning sensation has continued for more than 24 hours now. It was pretty constant yesterday. The intensity and frequency has reduced now. I could not see a physician yesterday as it was Sunday and today ia a public holiday here so hospitals are open only for emergency care. Will try to see a doctor by tomorrow
