Hi Doctor,
Thanks for the reply. As asked,
1) the discoloration is not from childhood, few 5-6 years back i noticed the change. It's almost same as was 6 years back. Not much change. No itch, no burn, it's only discoloration.
2) I don't have any urinary related problem as per my knowledge. Should I get some tests done?
Further, I'm single as of now and I'm worried for post wedding. Is there something to apply to regain the color or make it one tone? Also, what kind of doctor should I see, a dermatologist or urologist?
Thanks & regards.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried about it .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
The change in colour of glans penis could be due to depigmentation of some area resulting into change in colour pattern of glans penis .
Since it is stationary and have no clinical symptoms it is nothing to be worried about it and should be taken as variation in pigmentation of glans penis as it occurs in skin pigmentation in some individuals .
My main concern was to rule out Ballanitis Xerotica Obliterans (BXO)which is a progressive skin condition and is variant of Lichen Planus .
However consult qualified Dermatologist for clinical examination in person to confirm the diagnosis .
Thanks and Regards.

Hi Doctor,
Thanks!.
Could you suggest some reference for dermatologist in XXXXXXX Further, any tests to find out the reason for this? And lastly, any cream / lotion for application to lessen the effect.
I do understand that its harmless, nevertheless explaining this to my better half would be a painful & a embarrassed process.
Thanks again.
