What Causes Pink Discoloration Around Anus In An Autistic Child?
Question: I have a 7 year old boy. Two days ago when I was washing his poo, his bum hole and anus was a light pinky colour. I send him to the gp and they said gave this medicine called'Hydrocortisone'. I told her what is the cause, if he was sexually abused. She said that the chance of abuse is very little. She told me to use the medicine for 2 weeks and send him back to the nurse. As a parent I'm so worried and distressed if he was abused. He's autistic. He does not wash himself after government mg to the toilet at school and comes home with a stain on his underwear. This is nearly a year now . Please help

I just saw it 2 days ago. I dont know if it has been like this for months. Even it was months ago will it turn pink as i see it now. I dont know if it was abuse that i didnt realise. He cant speak thats why im worried.
