What Causes Pinkish Urine After Masturbation?
Question: I am 29 years old male. Height is 161cms and weight is 84kgs. Recently from last week i have started working out(rigorous walking till i sweat and small exercises). Also i would like to mention that i masturbate very frequently in a day(4 times a day). Three days back after my work out and masturbation i passed urine which was light red in colour and then i drank a lot of water and everything went fine for two days and i reduced my masturbation out of fear and today i worked out and masturbated and passed urine and passed urine in pink colour and there is light discomfort in my pennis. Can you suggest what should i do.?

Dear XXXXXXX
I would say with 100% confidence that the fact that you passed pinkish urine has nothing to do with masturbation. You mention exercise workouts. This can cause
haematuria. This means passage of RBC's in your urine. The technique of masturbation if hard stimulation is involved can cause local injury. This however in no way means that you should stop masturbating out of fear. Finally pinkish urine can be caused by certain diets. Have you eaten something recently that has a high iron content like beetroots? This is the #1 cause of discolored urine.

Dear XXXXXXX
It is the masturbation technique that is causing soreness. There are 9 techniques of male masturbation according to the sexologist Dr. Mc Kinsey. Change the technique if it gives you soreness. I would again like to remind you that masturbation does not cause any disease, mental or physical. If it makes you that tense then sublimate your sexual urge through other work.
A burning sensation while passing urine can mean a urinary tract infection or a local infection. If it's a urinary tract infection, then it can be treated with Augmentin. If it is a local problem then kindly apply gentamycin cream to the area.
Note what you eat, after eating certain foods, the urine becomes reddish. No issues.
Your're OK.
