What Causes Pinprick Sensation All Over The Body After Taking Extra Dosages Of Risperidone?

Question: I accidentally took 1 mg instead of .5 risperidone and have a feeling of pinpricks all over my body. It is prescribed off label for anxiety. Is this disturbing?

But, 1 mg is very minimal dose, so nothing to worry.

As risperidone is an antipsychotic and usually it is not prescribed for anxiety unless and otherwise there are any psychotic symptoms.

So, consult your doctor regarding this.
