Brief Answer:
It can be tendinopathy in shoulder or cervical spondylitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying so fast. In Diabetes patients, first possibility is that you may have tendinopathy. In this there is fluid accumulation in shoulder. Patients are also prone for Frozen shoulder.
It can be confirmed by MRI of the shoulder.
Cervical spondylitis is also cause such pain due to nerve compression. Diabetic patients also have weak nerves. So I have following recommendation for you.
1.Check your blood sugar and serum B 12 .
2.MRI can help is diagnosing shoulder or neck problem.
3.Till you get it done I would recommend you to start tablet Pregbalin M one daily and Tablet Amytryptalin one daily under the supervision of your doctor. Physiotherapy is also helpful.
I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
