I went to neurologist who sent me for blood test and my doctor didn't look further into it as she Saudi don't have other signs. I had a ct scan which showed osteo starting in my back. Now I have sore toes and fingers and wrist just wondering what would be a good way to go now. To look further into it

I see what you mean
Detailed Answer:
sounds like maybe a screening blood study for lupus was positive. the issue is that it is just a screening tool and not a very good one and certainly doesn't mean you have active lupus. the next steps would be to solidify whether or not you truly have a neuropathy or whether you have sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome with an emg/ncs. if it shows neuropathy then you should see a rheumatologist for further lupus workup and possibly an immune related treatment for your neuropathy. if it shows sciatica and carpal tunnel then both of those are surgical diseases. hope this helps
