In answer to your questions I am a non smoker and have not been diagnosed with diabetes. I do have lymphedema in the right leg, supposedly a result of accidental impact more than 15 years ago. The pins and needles symptoms have manifested in the last 48 hours. Symptoms come and go.

2.Tablet methylcobal one daily for three months.
3.Get your serum B12 after three months. You need to keep it between 500 to 1000 ng/Ml.
