
What Causes Poor Appetite, Severe Night Sweats, Lethargy And Depressive Thoughts?

Question: Symptoms, not in priority: i) Loss of Appetite for 3 weeks, not eating at all for 4 days. ii) Diabetic, not insulin injecting. iii) 81 years of age. iv) Booming sound in head, humming loud. v)Extreme night sweats. vi) Lethargy. vii) Tired and sleeping a lot. viii) Irritability. ix) Depressive thoughts, almost fatalistic about dying at times when asked ( don't think this is mental, just situational moments) x) Incontinence at times, but not major, but going for a year. xi) Bit of vomiting up food. xii) Cold on his extremes, wears jacket in hot weather. xiii Note: blood pressure normal 120/80. Blood test: normal white blood cells.
