What Causes Poor Appetite While Having Cold And Cough In A Child?

Question: I blessed with a Baby girl 29th of last month. She did born pre-maturely. Her mother was also got infected from Hepetitis-E just after her birth.
Now mother is giving Pro-Nan and her milk to our baby.
In past couple of days, my baby is bit lazy and also vomits milk, 10-15 mins after feed. I initially thought that it might be because of outside diet (Pro-Nan) but it is happening after mother-feed too.
My baby is also sneezes and coughs sometimes. Could you please suggest if it is normal or something to worried of.

Brief Answer:
This looks like common cold - Don't worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi.... by what you got this looks like common cold only, you need not worry about it.
Poor feding by the baby when there is cold cough and blocked nose is also quite common. This happens because babies of this age are obligate nose breathers. So when the nose is blocked by congestion, the baby cannot take feeds well by mouth.
If she has gained 25 to 30 grams per day after deducting the 10% early loss and regain of birth weight, she is well baby.
