Brief Answer:
Capsule omez, high fiber diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.

Symptoms mentioned are very vague, I would like to know what is the symptom which is bothering you most. The aches in hip, shoulder and difficulty in standing, might be due to weaknesses.

I would have done your general physical examination, would have checked your Blood pressure, then I would have asked for few investigation like haemoglobin estimation, random blood sugar.

If there is problem with your eye sight following trauma, you should see opthalmologist for examination of your eye.
Presently I would suggest you few advice to address the symptoms that you have mentioned.
I would suggest you include fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains in your diet each day. These foods are high in fiber. Drink plenty of fluids, enough so that your urine is light yellow or clear like water. Get some exercise every day, which will facilitate the bowel movements.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and meat for few days. Eat food rich in fibers. Curd will be beneficial. You can take probiotic like ecobion or sporolac which will also be helpful.
Capsule omeprazole 20 mg before breakfast for a week.
Presently to address the pain you can take, over the counter analgesic like paracetamol, twice daily after food, for two days, and if pain persists after these you have to see consultant doctor.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps. I'll be glad to address your further questions.
Take care.
